In September 2021, our company shipped an 82-meter high-angle conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Germany for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The high-angle corrugated sidewall belt consists of three parts: base belt, sidewall, and diaphragm. The ribs prevent materials from slipping and falling. In order to make it easier to bypass the roller, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material. In order to achieve large-angle conveying, a T-type TC type is adopted. 

  The ribs and diaphragms are connected to the base belt by secondary vulcanization, which has high connection strength. High-angle conveyor belts are mainly used for horizontal transportation of bulk materials such as coal, coke, sand and gravel, and can also be used for vertical transportation of finished items.

Introduction to steep incline conveyor belt

  Steep incline conveyor belt could be understand easily from the literal meaning which belongs to a product with corrugated sidewall. This height of sidewall could reach 500, partition height could reach 400, and its width could be up to 3m, many redundant sizes, reasonable configurations to meet different requirements and standards from different customers. application range is wide, occupy small area, easy to be maintenance and use, large transportation volume, it could conveyed various materials, without collapse, loss rate is low, reasonable design, using cost could meet different customers.

  The familiar belt core material of steep incline conveyor belt is cc-56, and belt core material could be divided into nylon, polyester, steel cord and many other types of products, conveying layer, height, partition height also need to be improved in combination with customers using needs.
