In June 2023, our company shipped a 52-meter nylon conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1800mm to a cement plant in Bangladesh for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The high-angle corrugated sidewall belt consists of three parts: base belt, sidewall, and diaphragm. The ribs prevent materials from slipping and falling. In order to make it easier to bypass the roller, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material. In order to achieve large-angle conveying, a T-type TC type is adopted. 

  The ribs and diaphragms are connected to the base belt by secondary vulcanization, which has high connection strength. High-angle conveyor belts are mainly used for horizontal transportation of bulk materials such as coal, coke, sand and gravel, and can also be used for vertical transportation of finished items.

  Heavy duty sidewall conveyor belt are mainly applied in conveying large materials such as coal, ore, steel, etc. Its width is generally between 800-2400mm, length could be customized based on needs. Heavy duty sidewall conveyor belt applies wear resistance materials, thickness of conveyor belt will be much thicker than ordinary conveyor belt, to ensure its carry capacity and using life. Meanwhile, heavy duty sidewall conveyor belt could add auxiliary equipment according to the customers needs.

High temperature sidewall conveyor belt

  High temperature corrugated sidewall conveyor belt are often used in high temperature environment, such as metallurgical, chemical industries and other industries. The materials that applied with the high temperature resistance property of its materials, it could be used for a long time under a high temperature environment. The temperature range is usually between 150°C and 300°C of the high temperature resistant type of corrugated sidewall conveyor belt.  

  In short, sidewall conveyor belt is a widely applied mechanical equipment, its specifications need to be determined according to the actual requirements. Especially at the time that comes to type of conveyed materials and environmental characteristics, the choice need to be made based on actual situation.
