In October 2021, our company shipped a 150-meter-long and 1000-mm-wide skirt conveyor belt to a coal plant in Jordan for the transportation and delivery of coal.

  It can continuously convey various bulk materials at any inclination angle from 0 to 90 degrees. It has a large conveying inclination angle, wide application range and small floor space. 

  It has the characteristics of no transfer points, reduced civil construction investment, low maintenance costs, and large conveying capacity. It solves the conveying angle that cannot be achieved by ordinary conveyor belts or pattern conveyor belts.

The speed of ordinary sidewall conveyor belt usually between 0.8-4.0m/s. Length: Length of sidewall conveyor belt is also another index of production efficiency. In some different production line, the sidewall conveyor belt length will be different. 

  Length of ordinary sidewall conveyor belt is usually between 5-30m. Power form: Power form of sidewall conveyor belt is often electric, or it could be other type of drive methods. What’s more, according to different materials and working environment, winding motors and linear motor drives could be selected.
