In December 2021, our company shipped a 50-meter Steep inclined conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Malaysia for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The high-angle corrugated sidewall belt consists of three parts: base belt, sidewall, and diaphragm. The ribs prevent materials from slipping and falling. In order to make it easier to bypass the roller, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material. In order to achieve large-angle conveying, a T-type TC type is adopted. 

  The ribs and diaphragms are connected to the base belt by secondary vulcanization, which has high connection strength. High-angle conveyor belts are mainly used for horizontal transportation of bulk materials such as coal, coke, sand and gravel, and can also be used for vertical transportation of finished items.

Sidewall corrugated endless conveyor belt

  A sidewall corrugated endless conveyor belt is an endless conveyor belt that needs joints, the efficiency is higher than other ordinary rubber conveyor belts, better effect. It is not prone to deviation or slipping during transportation.

  They are made of seamless joints. They can run smoothly have a smooth surface, and elongation is low, they can meet various customer’s using requirements and standards, and they are easy to use. Usually, they are made of 2 to 6 pieces of canvas. 

  Common sizes from 300-6800, the belt width is not less than 300mm of rubber conveyor belts. They could be improved according to the actual needs, high-temperature resistance and cold resistance have their standards. Choosing the appropriate products could avoid some damaged and other situations during transportation effectively.
