2024-09-24 15:58In September 2021, our company shipped a 111-meter high-angle conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in India for the transportation and delivery of cement.
The high-angle corrugated sidewall belt consists of three parts: base belt, sidewall, and diaphragm. The ribs prevent materials from slipping and falling. In order to make it easier to bypass the roller, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material. In order to achieve large-angle conveying, a T-type TC type is adopted.

That could extend the using life, the sidewall conveyor belt is composed of three parts, usually designed with T and TC types and strong connection strength, they are generally designed with top and bottom covering rubber materials. Steep inclined conveyor belt with a shape stable is not prone to deviate and other problems, and with strong wear resistance, it could transport the materials at an angle from 0-90 degrees. It could achieve continuous transportation, is not easy to cause many problems.
