What is the high temperature-resistant conveyor belt made of?
2024-09-25 17:55In September 2021, our company shipped a 91-meter polyester conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Austria for the transportation and delivery of cement.
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature-resistant or heat-resistant rubber and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature.
It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag hot castings, etc.
It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction, and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

Due to they need to be divided into several standards, that need to combine our using temperature to be improved. Usually, it could be conveyed the materials with temperature below 175C° such as hot cocking, cement, slag and hot castings.
