In June 2021, our company shipped a 200-meter nylon conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1600mm to a cement plant in Austria for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

High temperature resistant conveyor belt with 400-500 degrees is designed of cotton canvas materials. That is suitable for conveying some cement, hot castings and other products, strong high temperature resistant, it can convey the products with relatively high temperature. 

  The service life would be 2 or 4 times more than other products. With high temperature resistant performance and features, different environment required different quality of high temperature resistant conveyor belt, they are asking to be made of EPDM or styrene-butadiene rubber for covering rubber.
