What are the main characteristics of the heat resistant conveyor belt
2024-04-02 00:07In December last year, our company shipped a 90-meter, 1,400 mm wide heat-resistant conveyor belt to a coal mine in Kazakhstan for transportation and transportation in a metallurgical plant. The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer collodion canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistance or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded at high temperature. Suitable for transporting hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag, hot castings, etc.
It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C, and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.
Heat resistant conveyor belt is a tape with heat resistance, which has a wide range of application of various material transportation and course of working in the high temperature environment. It has the following main features:
1. The excellent high temperature resistance: Heat resistant conveyor belt could operate under a high temperature environment, the range of temperature usually between -50℃ and +400℃. It could withstand the material transportation and the processing at a high temperature, keep the normal working condition of the conveyor belt.
2. High anti wear resistance: Heat resistant conveyor belt applies wear resistance materials to be made of. It is able to use for a long term, not easy to be wear, breakage and damage, extend the service life in the high temperature condition.

Even under a high temperature environment, it can still effectively withstand the high loads of material transportation.
4. Good chemical corrosion resistance: heat conveyor belt is made of special chemical materials, with strong chemical corrosion resistance. It can work in acid and alkali and other corrosive media, is not prone to suffer from corrosion and damage and suits for variety of industrial environments.
5. Excellent stability of heat resistant: heat resistant conveyor belt has good heat resistant stability which makes it could using for a long time but no deformation and damage in the high temperature environment. It could withstand the high temperature operation requirements of high temperature ovens, high temperature dryers and other equipment.
6. Good thermal conductivity: Heat resistant conveyor belt with great heat conducting performance, it can spread the heat quickly to the materials, improving the heating speed and uniformity of the materials. It suits for heating, drying, processing in the high temperature condition.
7. Great anti aging performance: Heat resistant conveyor belt is made of the aging resistant materials and with fairly strong anti aging performance. It will not occur some aging, deterioration and damage for a long time of using in a high temperature environment and maintain good physical performance.
8.Not easy to deform and shrink: heat conveyor belt is not easy to deform and shrink in the high temperature, it can maintain the straightness and dimensional stability. It can withstand effectively the weight and the tensile force of the material to ensure the material transportation.
