If nylon belt has broken, it could be rejoined at the broken part of the conveyor belt, according to the different material of conveyor belt have different joint methods. Generally speaking, it is usually used the cold vulcanization joint technology for nylon conveyor belt and layered fabric conveyor belt. Cold vulcanization joint process is fast and convenient, it doesn’t need large equipment. The mainly materials are DLZ3000 adhesive and repair strips with CN adhesive layer.

 The technician first layer the conveyor belt in a steeped manner, polishes it and cleans it with a cleaning agent. Then the adhesive is applied to each layer according to the specifications. After the lamination is completed, a repair strip is used for sealing. Because conveyor belts and whole-core conveyor belt suffer  greater pulling force, it is recommended to use hot vulcanized seamless joints. The material is hot vulcanized glue and unvulcanized core rubber and cover glue, which need to operated with a vulcanizer.

  The life of hot vulcanization joint is longer, the joint effect is very stable but the cost is high, process is relatively complicated, the construction time is long. For the nylon conveyor belt, this type of rubber equipment surface seems like is as same as the ordinary rubber conveyor belt. But their function is different. This type of conveyor equipment has advantages of easy to operate, flexible, reduce the material transportation cost.

  For nylon conveyor belt, it is not prone to get impacted if using this type of mold properly even in the high temperature. After all, it could be used with the high temperature resistant concrete. The material temperature of ordinary conveyor belt could reach 500℃-800℃. Let alone the high temperature resistant nylon conveyor belt.

  During the time of maintenance the nylon conveyor belt need to know its features such as using flexible, reasonable structure design, simple configuration, easy adjustment. Understand its basic features that could avoid the problem of scalding in some degree and reduce the problem of working efficiency.
