In March 2021, our company shipped a 100-meter conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1400mm to a coal mine in Kazakhstan for underground transportation of coal.

  The conveyor belt is a mechanical device widely used in the industrial field. Its main functions include: material transportation, material lifting, material accumulation, material classification, garbage cleaning, operating safety, and improving efficiency.

  1.Fabric core conveyor belt: skeleton material: is the key to the carrying capacity of the conveyor belt, that determines the tensile strength and the tensile modulus of the conveyor belt. Maintain the good groove shape of the conveyor belt and absorb the impact from the materials on the conveyor belt, meanwhile make the conveyor belt could maintain relatively low elongation rate. Core layer rubber: the effect of the core layer rubber is to reinforced material fabric layer have good bonding strength and it can prevent the core layer form delaminating during use.

  Covered glue: is the guarantee for the normal operation of the conveyor belt. It protect the skeleton materials, power of transmits, transportation of materials, absorb impact from the materials and impact resistance. In addition, cover glue has the effect of increasing the friction coefficient that achieve the larger angle and higher speed.

Edge glue: prevent the core belt to occur the delamination, protect the skeleton materials won’t be erosion from the media and absorb the pressure force from the side of conveyor belt that is the edge glue effect.

  2.The main structure of the steel cord conveyor belt: Skeleton material: to provide higher strength and smaller elongation rate of the conveyor belt is the role of steel cord conveyor belt, hence, the steel cord conveyor belt is suitable for long distance, high strength and high power transmission. Steel wire rope core glue: the core layer makes the steel cord conveyor belt has good adhesive strength that transmit stress well to prevent the steel cord been pulled out during the using period.

  Covered glue：Covered glue is the guarantee of the conveyor belt that could be operated normally. Cause the covered glue of steel cord conveyor belt has the same function of the fabric core conveyor belt. Edge glue: protect and reinforcing the steel cord conveyor belt from external media erosion is the role of edge glue, which can absorb the pressure force of the side of conveyor belt, and prevent the steel cord been pulled out and exposed.
