In June 2021, our company shipped a 100-meter conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1100mm to a stone plant in Russia for the transportation and delivery of stones.

  The conveyor belt is a mechanical device widely used in the industrial field. Conveyor belts and belt conveyors are widely used in agriculture, industrial and mining enterprises, and transportation industries to transport various solid block and powder materials or finished items. 

  Conveyor belts can transport continuously, efficiently, and at a large angle. Conveyor belts are safe to operate, easy to use, easy to maintain, and have low freight costs. They can also shorten transportation distances, reduce project costs, and save manpower and material resources.

  Deviation of conveyor belt refers to conveyor belt during the operation period that deviated from the original running track.

1. Uneven load: When the materials on the conveyor belt that disturb unevenly, might cause conveyor belt deviates. At this time need to redistributed again to make them disturb evenly on the conveyor belt.

2. Bearing failure: Conveyor belt bearing failure is the common reason that cause conveyor belt deviation. Meanwhile, need to inspect and maintain the bearing to ensure bearing could operate normally.

3. Steering roller failure: Conveyor belt steering roller failure might lead to deviation of conveyor belts. At this time need to inspect and maintain the steering roller to ensure it could be operate normally.

4. Tension distribute unevenly of conveyor belt: Uneven tension of conveyor belt is also one of the reasons that caused conveyor belt to deviate. At this moment need to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to make it maintain uniformly.

5. Poor suspension of conveyor belt: poor suspension of conveyor belt might cause conveyor belt to deviate. Right now need to adjust the suspension of the conveyor belt to make it hang steadily.

  For the processing method of conveyor belt deviation, could based on the specific reason to adjust and handle. Such as the situation of loading unevenly, need to readjust the distribution of materials; for bearing failure, need to inspect and maintain the bearing; for tension unevenly of conveyor belt, need to adjust the tension, etc., for the conveyor belt deviation, need to inspect and maintain in a timely manner to make sure conveyor belt could operate normally.
