In August 2021, our company shipped a 92-meter nylon conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Ghana for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The conveyor belt is a mechanical device widely used in the industrial field. Conveyor belts and belt conveyors are widely used in agriculture, industrial and mining enterprises, and transportation industries to transport various solid block and powder materials or finished items. 

  Conveyor belts can transport continuously, efficiently, and at a large angle. Conveyor belts are safe to operate, easy to use, easy to maintain, and have low freight costs. They can also shorten transportation distances, reduce project costs, and save manpower and material resources.

  Introduction to per meter cost of 1 meter belt width conveyor belt

Conveyor belt is mechanical equipment that used for conveying items or materials, widely applied in industry production, logistics and transportation and other fields. 1 meter wide belt width is an ordinary size, its price is decided by multiple factors.

  The materials need to be considered. In a general speaking, materials of conveyor belts include rubber, plastic and metal etc. Rubber conveyor belt cost relatively low, the price and quality of plastic conveyor belt could reach a balance, but metal conveyor belt cost high. Thus, it is popular in application.

  Design and purpose of conveyor belt need to be considered. Some conveyor belts need to resist high temperature or high pressure ambient, so need to apply some special materials. Some other conveyor belts need to have special shape or surface textures to convey certain types of items better.

  Cost of production and installation need to be considered. Conveyor belts generally priced by meters, so the difference between the production cost and the selling price will cause price to be changed.

  Additional, install conveyor belt need additional labor and cost of materials, this will affect the price.

  According to the above factors, we can estimate the price of 1 meter wide conveyor belt won not be so low. Usually, price of plastic conveyor belt is about 40 yuan per meter, per meter price of rubber conveyor belt is about 70 yuan, the price of metal conveyor belt could reach 200 yuan per meter or even higher.

  However, these prices are just estimates, specific prices should based on different factories, different regions and different requirements.
