In April 2022, our company shipped a 39-meter heat-resistant conveyor with a bandwidth of 1000mm to a coal mine in the UAE for coal transportation and handling.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  Heat resistant conveyor belt are generally divided into subtropical zone resistant and super high temperature resistant conveyor belts. They are suitable for metallurgical industry and engineering construction and other manufacturing industries to transport high temperature materials such as pellets, coke, cement, the temperature for materials doesn’t exceed 800℃, the surface temperature of nylon conveyor belt should be not exceed 200℃.

  Please pay attention during application

1. Prevent the conveyor belt from starting with overloading.

2. When the conveyor belt is fond to be partially damaged, use artificial cotton to repair immediately to prevent expansion.

3. To prevent the buffer roller being covered by materials lead to insensitive rotation, prevent the overflow stuck between the roller and the tape, so pay attention to the lubrication of the main moving part of conveyor belt but do not allow the oil stains on the conveyor belt.

4. Conveyor belt deviates in direction should take effective corrections immediately.

5. Prevent the conveyor belt from being blocked by the sound card frame, support or small pieces of material to avoid scratching and tearing
