In June 2021, our company shipped a 103-meter high-temperature resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Congo for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  The using life of high temperature resistance conveyor belt could be up to 3 years, which is related to manufacturer, quality, and whether the maintenance and keep up in place. Different manufacturers and brands will manufacturer different products with different service life.

  We can consult the manufacturers when purchasing. There is a standard during we use the high temperature resistance conveyor belt, that we need to use them in a specified temperature.

  High temperature resistance conveyor belt has a certain advantages and characteristics, usually the temperature will not exceed 800°C, the surface temperature will not over 220°C, this kind of high temperature resistance conveyor belt usually have a long service life, which is between 1-3 times that of ordinary conveyor belts. It is commonly used in metallurgical, building materials, cement, clinker, etc. It can be used for medium and long distance, high elasticity and stability.
