In September 2021, our company shipped an 83-meter high-temperature resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Ohio for the transmission and transportation of clinker.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  Introduction to 1000 degrees of high temperature resistance conveyor belts.

There are four common types of 1000 degree high temperature resistance conveyor belts. They have code-named, ranging from T1-T4, and the temperature could be adjusted according to customers’ requirements, widely using range, this high temperature products could be produced regularly according to the requirements of drawings. The common ones high temperature resistance conveyor belt that have limited transportation temperatures, it could be customized by the customers’ needs.

  1000 degrees high temperature resistance conveyor belt are applied in building materials, casting, chemical, the common products usually adopt the cover glue from 6mm to 9mm, and bottom glue from 2mm to 4mm. Usually, the surface of this product will be steadily and not exceed 200° under the specified conditions. Although, there are many manufacturers in this market but they should obey the relevant standards. Specifically, they are divided into EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, EP450, EP500, etc.

  The common structure of high temperature resistance products will be divided into high temperature burning layer, transition layer, insulation layer. These are in line with relevant requirements.
