In June 2021, our company shipped a 290-meter high-temperature resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1400mm to a cement plant in Vietnam for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  The using life of high temperature conveyor belt will usually between 1-3 years, of course, we should have a roughly understanding for what cases could extend the using term of high temperature conveyor belt.

  Selecting the reliable factory, product quality is reliable. Products need to meet the basic standards, high temperature conveyor belt with good weather resistance and can be used in the sun, humidity, and cold natural environment for a long time.

  If the core layer of the covering layer comes out and damaged, so we need to inspect regularly, maintain in time could avoid more seriously over strength.

Cleaning up various particle shapes of things on the surface of the conveyor belt needs to match the idler rollers well, and also meet basic standards.
