In February 2021, our company shipped a 124-meter ordinary heat-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a quarry in Saudi Arabia for the transportation and delivery of stones.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  1. Steel industry: During the steel production process, it is required to use high temperature resistant conveyor belt to transport high temperature materials, such as sintered ore, molten slag, etc. Heat resistant conveyor belts is able to withstand heavy press and worn under high temperature condition. Making sure the safety of transportation and production efficiency.

  2. Coking industry: In the coking process, coke oven gas is transported trough the pipelines, heat resistant conveyor belt are needed as the protective layer of the pipelines. Heat resistant conveyor belt could insulate heat effectively and protect pipelines from been corrosion and damage by high temperature gas.

  3. Cement industry: In the cement production process, need to use heat resistant conveyor belt to transport high temperature clinker and molten slag. Heat resistant conveyor belt has capacity to withstand impact and wear of high temperature materials to ensure the continuous transportation and production efficiency.

  4. Glass manufacturing: In the glass production need to use high temperature furnace to melt glass raw materials. In high temperature furnace, heat resistant conveyor belt is used for transporting raw glass materials. Heat resistant conveyor belt with outstanding heat resistance, it is capable of withstanding heavy press and wear under a high temperature ambient.

  5. Plastic industry: during the process of plastic production, high temperature molten plastic raw materials are required for extrusion molding and other processes. Heat resistant conveyor belt has ability to operate stably under a high temperature ambient, and ensure the continuous transportation and production efficiency of plastic raw materials.

  6. Chemical industry: In some chemical production process, need to use heat conveyor belt to transport chemicals, liquids or gases and other materials under a high temperature condition. Heat conveyor belt is able to withstand corrosion and wear from high temperature environment. 

  7. Food industry: In some food production process, heat resistant conveyor belt is required to transport raw material of food or finished under a high temperature condition. Heat resistant conveyor belt could meet the good hygiene requirements and ensure the safe transportation and production efficiency.  

  In a summary, heat resistant conveyor belt play an important role in various industries, guarantee the safety of transportation and production efficiency.
