In June 2021, our company shipped a 70-meter heat-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1500mm to a cement plant in Kenya for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

  Precautions for anti-tearing and high-temperature resistant conveyor belt

Before transportation, we need to inspect the rubber conveyor belt strictly. To see if it matches up with the belt conveyor configuration, and whether there is a damaged problem if they match up with the carried materials correspondingly because they have many other kinds.

  During transportation, we need to check if there is an abnormal sound, one more attention that is it is cannot be overweight. If over-weighted, this is what we are concerned about. Over weighting will cause breakage or deviation situations.

  After transportation, they need to be maintained regularly because the transported materials with high temperatures, and their temperature resistance could be up to 260°C.
