2024-11-21 17:43In June 2019, our company shipped a 201-meter heat-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1600mm to a cement plant in the United States for the transportation and delivery of cement.
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature.
It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.
It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

Frankly, we know that the rubber product could be transported some materials with relatively high-temperature products, because its special structure, is different from the ordinary product. Generally, the ordinary rubber conveyor belt product is manufactured with rubber materials, but the heat-resistant rubber conveyor belt is not.
Heat-resistant rubber conveyor belts are not prone to deformation problems, have reasonable design, the product heat-resistant, excellent groove-forming properties. Also, this type of rubber conveyor belt has a good efficiency of jointing.
