Therefore, the belt transportation is balanced. The belt core of the endless conveyor belt is made of high-quality cotton or woven cotton canvas, generally 2-6 layers or NN-200 nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) as the strength layer.
The calculation method of the endless conveyor belt circumference are the same, including the common joint formula of endless conveyor belt: L=L (inner)+(n-1)S+1/2B(single belt) L=M[L (inner)+(n-1)S]+1/2B( multiple belts) in the formula, inner circumference of the endless conveyor belt (meter) B - width of the conveyor belt (meter) n - number of cloth layers s-length of each cloth layer (meter) M - number of connected conveyor belts. This is the basic operation, and it also needs to be combined with the actual type of ring belt products. There are certain differences.
In a general speaking, the circumference of endless conveyor belt is usually based on the inner circumference. Due to the conveying equipment thickness degree is different, so we do not measure the outer circumference for all the time. The original length of the belt could be extended, then short the length of conveying equipment.
Usually, when we measure the length of the belt, especially for the sidewall conveyor belt, we need to understand their sidewall height, base belt thickness, belt width. And confirm comprehensively, then to measure the circumference of the conveying equipment, although measure the circumference is easy, it is complicated to be used, need to combine our requirements to have a comprehensive choice.
