In June 2019, our company shipped a 99-meter endless conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1,200 mm to a cement plant in Belarus for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The endless conveyor belt (ring conveyor belt) is a conveyor belt made into a jointless endless conveyor belt (ring conveyor belt) during the production process. Its characteristics are that the belt core has no joints, and the service life is not affected by early damage at the joints. 

  The surface of the belt is flat and the tension is uniform, so the belt runs smoothly and the elongation is small. The strength of the belt core joint can reach 90% of the strength of the belt body, and there is no obvious joint defect on the surface of the belt. 

  Therefore, the belt transportation is balanced. The belt core of the endless conveyor belt is made of high-quality cotton or woven cotton canvas, generally 2-6 layers or NN-200 nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) as the strength layer.

Introduction of endless conveyor belt specifications

  Only we understand the specifications of endless conveyor belt that we can find the products suitable for ourselves.   Different endless conveyor belt will use different types, because the chosen belt core is different, ordinary cotton canvas, nylon, polyester, polyester-cotton blended canvas, etc. Cloth layer from 2-20 layers, covered glue working surface from 1.5-10mm, nonworking surface from 0-4.5mm.
