In October 2021, our company shipped a 104-meter canvas conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Austria for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  1. This product is made of cotton canvas (CC) or vinyl cotton interwoven dipped canvas (VC) through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.

  2. This conveyor belt uses fiber fabric as the belt core and general rubber as the covering material. The surface is smooth and flat. The belt core is a layered or integral fabric woven from fibers such as cotton, nylon, polyester or vinylon. Cotton fiber is the earliest used belt core material. It is easy to bond with rubber. The strength is slightly improved when wet, but the breaking strength is low (mostly around 56 N/(mm·layer)), and the anti-corrosion and mildew resistance is poor.

  3. Ordinary conveyor belts are widely used in building materials, chemicals, coal, electricity, metallurgy and other departments. They are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-spiky, block, granular, powdered materials at room temperature, such as coal, coke, sand, gravel, cement and other bulk (materials) or finished items, and conveying various loose materials such as block, granular, powdered and other loose materials with a bulk density of 6.5~2.5t/m3. They can also be used for conveying finished items.

Impact resistant, good roughness, strong virtual beam bonding force, excellent flexibility and long term of using, it could conveyed materials with long distance. Which is extensively used in chemical industry, metallurgy.

  The models of the nylon conveyor belt from NN100 to NN500, the strength series will be divided into 2 layers, 3 layers, 4 layers, 5 layers, 6 layers. The core materials and Nylon canvas are made of different materials. The elongation performance, full thickness longitudinal tensile elongation at break ≥ 10，needs to be selected by your requirements. Cover grade include heavy-duty, ordinary, light, and various models of products. Including strength rate, wear amount, etc.

  The materials of canvas conveyor belt is double-sided cotton, with a PVC (Polyethylene Chloride) strong layer sandwich in the middle; and it is generally food grade. Thickness and size, the width can be up to 2 meters, and the thickness is totally different. The joint method: Hand-woven/Mechanical joint/Open belt. Is different from the Nylon conveyor belt. Nylon conveyor belt applies the vulcanization joint method.
