In November 2019, our company shipped a 104-meter canvas conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a landfill in Austria for the transportation and delivery of garbage.

1. This product is made of cotton canvas (CC) or vinyl cotton interwoven dipped canvas (VC) through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.

2. This conveyor belt uses fiber fabric as the belt core and general rubber as the covering material. The surface is smooth and flat. The belt core is a layered or integral fabric woven from fibers such as cotton, nylon, polyester or vinylon.

  Cotton fiber is the earliest used belt core material. It is easy to bond with rubber. The strength is slightly improved when wet, but the breaking strength is low (mostly around 56 N/(mm·layer)), and the anti-corrosion and mildew resistance is poor.

3. Ordinary conveyor belts are widely used in building materials, chemicals, coal, electricity, metallurgy and other departments. They are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-spiky, block, granular, powdered materials at room temperature, such as coal, coke, sand, gravel, cement and other bulk (materials) or finished items, and conveying various loose materials such as block, granular, powdered and other loose materials with a bulk density of 6.5~2.5t/m3. They can also be used for conveying finished items.

  Canvas conveyor belt, high temperature resistant conveyor belt, they are simply products that suitable for conveying high temperature materials, it is widely used in Cement, Chemical and other places, the temperature of transported materials is high, the product need to be used in accordance with the design of skeleton raw materials during the production and withstand a certain high temperature. So that could be effectively avoided scalding, shedding and other problems, and withstand the materials temperature from 200°C-600°C, instantaneous 800°C.

  Briefly saying that the high temperature resistant conveyor belt is generally added with flame retardant heat insulation agents, anti-ablation agents, in order to improve the high temperature and ablation resistance of the conveyor belt.

  The running speed of Canvas conveyor belt can not be greater than 2.5m/s, high efficiency, has a large application range in metallurgy and building construction, when configured well, strong adhesion, long time of using, we can commonly see the service life of high temperature resistant conveyor belt is 2-4 times than other belts.
