In June 2021, our company shipped a 99-meter Sidwall conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Malaysia for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  It can continuously convey various bulk materials at any inclination angle from 0 to 90 degrees. It has a large conveying inclination angle, wide application range and small floor space. 

  It has the characteristics of no transfer points, reduced civil construction investment, low maintenance costs, and large conveying capacity. It solves the conveying angle that cannot be achieved by ordinary conveyor belts or pattern conveyor belts. 

  The corrugated edge conveyor belt can be designed into a complete conveying system according to requirements, avoiding intermittent conveying and complex conveying lifting systems.

Introduction to sidewall conveyor belt

  Sidewall conveyor belt is composed of sidewalls and partitions, which is convenient for connection, and it has many types, this sidewall rubber products could be divided in to ordinary, heat resistant, cold resistant and many other types of products. The transportation angle is not less than 30° and not more than 90°, it occupies a small area, it is a commonly used products at presents. With belt core and the number of cloth layers could be improved according to customer requirements. 

  Its transportation volume is large, the conveying volume could range from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour. The carrying capacity of sidewall products could be divided into light, medium, and heavy for three types.
