In May last year, our company shipped a 26-meter heat-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 800mm to transport coke materials in a coke plant in Nigeria.

So it is resistant to wear and tear with not easy to break. It seems like this but it is actually not. Heat conveyor belt is generally consisted of upper covering glue and lower covering glue which is applied polyester canvas that the heat conveyor belt has high temperature resistance performance, is able to transport various high temperature in the high temperature environment.

  The number of layers of glue covered the top and the bottom of the heat resistant conveyor belt could be made according to the requirements of the guests. Whether the heat resistant conveyor belt is good or bot depends on the materials. If the materials are bad, bad wear resistance, bad adhesive strength and it is prone to occur many problems, even the much thicker of the heat resistant conveyor belt can not withstand the high temperature, it is easy to have breakage and other situations.

  Even the materials is good , want to make the rubber conveyor belt thicker, but in the material transportation time, it is hard to use on the belt conveyor. Need to match with the roller and the rollers. The heat resistant conveyor belt is too thin is bad so select the materials in a timely manner is good. It is still to be followed a certain usage standards, generally the thickness of covered glue is required that the top glue is 6-9mm, the bottom glue is 2-4mm.

  When purchasing the heat resistant conveyor belt need to choose the reliable quality and moderate thickness. Heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used in metallurgy industry, construction building and manufacturing industries that transported high temperature raw materials such as sinter, coke, cement. The temperature of the raw materials does not exceed 800℃, should be applied under the standard of the belt surface temperature lower than 220℃.
