In June 2021, our company shipped a 199-meter endless conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a coal mine in Nigeria for the transportation and delivery of coal.

  The endless conveyor belt (ring conveyor belt) is a conveyor belt made into a jointless endless conveyor belt (ring conveyor belt) during the production process. Its characteristics are that the belt core has no joints, and the service life is not affected by early damage at the joints. 

  The surface of the belt is flat and the tension is uniform, so the belt runs smoothly and the elongation is small. The strength of the belt core joint can reach 90% of the strength of the belt body, and there is no obvious joint defect on the surface of the belt. Therefore, the belt transportation is balanced. 

  The belt core of the endless conveyor belt is made of high-quality cotton or woven cotton canvas, generally 2-6 layers or NN-200 nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) as the strength layer.

  Endless conveyor belt applies excellent raw materials to be designed. The effect of their jointing is good, low cost, high efficiency, easily meet the development of the times and achieve the using trend. With reasonable configuration and wide application, there are plenty of places to use the endless conveyor belt. This type of endless conveyor belt has come up with many improvements, to meet the requirements and design of the times, meet the working theory of the conveying equipment and technologies. The strength of the joint could achieve the belt strength of about 40-50%, it could be freely combined and used with reliable quality.
