  Despite the different types of nylon conveyor belt, there are some common technical parameters need to know, such as the width of the conveyor belt, the thickness of the conveyor belt, tensile strength, breaking strength, elongation strength, impact resistance, age resistance and etc.,

  1.bandwidth: the bandwidth of the nylon conveyor belt is usually confirmed according to the specific application of requirements. Common bandwidth of conveyor belt are 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm and many other choices.

  2.Thickness of conveyor belt: the thickness of nylon conveyor belt is generally determined based on the weight of the material and the transported distance. The common thickness of the conveyor belt are 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and many other options.

  3.Tensile strength: tensile strength is the anti tensile property when the conveyor belt is under tension which unit is N/mm. The tensile strength of nylon conveyor belt is usually between at 500N/mm to 2500N/mm.

  4.Breaking strength: breaking strength is when the conveyor belt subjected under a certain force of tension which unit is N/mm.   5.Elongation breaking rate: elongation breaking rate refers to the percentages of tensile deformation that the conveyor belt can withstand before breaking. The elongation breaking rate usually between at 10% to 25% of nylon conveyor belt.

  6.Impact resistance: The impact resistance of nylon conveyor belt refers to the capacity of withstanding impact when the conveyor belt get damaged. It is important in some application scenarios such as ore, coal and other material of transportation.

  7.Aging resistance: aging resistance refers to the capacity of maintaining the original performance during a long time of using of conveyor belt. Such as anti aging, weather resistance. Nylon conveyor belt with good aging resistance could reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacing to reduce the cost of using.
