Although the damage could be repaired, it will still have the impact on the services of the conveyor belt, hence in the full time of application should be minimized the breakage of the conveyor belt. In the using time of the conveyor belt enterprise will come out different degrees of damaging.

  It is necessary to connected in a loop before using, thereby the advantages and the disadvantages of the conveyor belt joints will directly harm the using period of conveyor belt and whether the belt conveyor could operate smoothly and stably. In a general way, The common joints of the conveyor belts are mechanical joints, cold bonding joints, hot vulcanization joints and etc.

  More specifically, the reason caused the conveyor belt could be summarized as the manufacture quality, application of design, use and maintenance, storage management methods and many other points of view. Conveyor belt starting under load; the direction of the conveyor belt is deviates should be taken a certain effectively measures in time(referring to the solution of the problems)correct; when find the conveyor belt is broken partially, using artificial cotton cloth to repair immediately too prevent expansion.

  The flow of the raw material water in the guide trough is not consist with the speed of the conveyor belt, large fluctuations which will accelerate the wear of the rubber surface(a basic type of parts). buffer rollers(supporting belt and the material weight) is damaged, lead to the abnormally wear on the rubber surface or scratched. Prevent the traffic violations, welding slag burns during inspection and scratches on the mining machine etc.
