Nylon conveyor belt, the middle canvas is nylon canvas. 

  Nylon (NN) conveyor belt has the characteristics of thin belt body, high strength, impact resistance, good groove formation, strong inter-layer adhesion, excellent flexibility and long service life. 

  It is suitable for medium and long distances and high load capacity. , transporting materials under high-speed conditions, widely used in mining, coal fields, chemical industry, metallurgy, construction, ports and other departments.

The difference between polyester and nylon conveyor belt

Polyester and nylon conveyor belt are commonly used conveyor belt materials, they have something in different, the following are their main difference:

1. Material: Polyester conveyor belt is mainly consisted of polyester, while nylon conveyor belt is nylon material. Two kinds of material has different physical chemical property, hence they perform differently during use.

2. Strength: Nylon conveyor belt has higher strength than polyester conveyor belt. Nylon conveyor belt with high strength and wear resistance, suits for working environment requires heavy load and high intensity. Polyester conveyor belt has low strength, suits for medium strength and medium load working environment.

3. Heat resistance: Polyester conveyor belt has good heat resistance, suits for high temperature working environment. But nylon conveyor belt has relatively low heat resistance, is suitable for low temperature working environment.

4. Corrosion resistance: Polyester conveyor belt has poor corrosion resistance, is easily corroded by chemical. However, nylon conveyor belt has good corrosion resistance, suits for working environment requires corrosion protection.

5. Price: Nylon conveyor belt has higher price, polyester conveyor belt has lower price.

In summary, polyester and nylon conveyor belt has their own advantages and disadvantages, should based on the specific using environment and requirement to choose appropriate materials. If working ambient requires heavy load and high intensity, nylon conveyor belt could be selected; if working ambient requires high temperature resistance and medium intensity working ambient, polyester conveyor belt could be selected.
