Last year in February, our company shipped a 330-meter nylon conveyor with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a coal mine in North Africa for the transmission and transportation of mining materials.

In the transportation and the storage of the conveyor belt should be kept clean and be avoid to get sunlight directly or rain and snow, prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oil, organic solvents and other substance. And keep it one meter away from the heating devices. When storage the ware house temperature should be keep between-18°C and 40°C, the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%.

  During storage, products should be placed in a roll, should not be folded, they should be turned once a quarter during the placement period. Different types, specifications and layers of conveyor belt should not be joint together. The best joint method of its is applying the glue joint method. The type, structure, specification, the number of layers of conveyor belt should be selected reasonably accorded to the using condition. The operation speed of conveyor belt usually lower than 2,5/m, large block, abrasiveness of materials and use of the fixed type of unloading device should be adopted speed as slow as possible.
