In June 2024, our company shipped a 200-meter cold-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Quebec for the transportation and delivery of cement.

1. Cold-resistant conveyor belts are divided into three types according to the performance of the covering rubber: scratch-resistant type (H), wear-resistant type (D), and general type (L).

2. According to the cold-resistant performance, they are divided into two levels: C1 and C2. The operating environment temperature of C1 is -45--50℃; the operating environment temperature of C2 is -60--50℃.

  Basically, regarding the cold-resistant conveyor belt could transported the materials under a low temperature environment, usually this cold-resistant conveyor belt could be run under -20°C or -40°C. 

  Usually there are two grades of cold-resistant conveyor belt including c1an d c2. The using temperature is different, but all with high strength, fatigue resistance, and certain roughness.
