In September 2021, our company shipped a 200-meter patterned conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1400mm and a pattern code of C8N5 to a cement plant in Austria for the transmission and transportation of cement.

  Patterned conveyor belt is an angle conveyor belt composed of patterned covering rubber on the working surface and flat covering rubber on the non-working surface and belt core.

  It is often used to carry large objects and transport them diagonally, and it plays a role in increasing friction and anti-skid effect. It is a high-tech product with high strength, wear resistance, tear resistance, aging resistance, cold and heat resistance, and light weight. It is widely used in the field of industrial production. There is a "human" pattern on the belt surface that is higher than the belt body. 

  The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium, and low. It is usually suitable for conveying materials with an inclination of 0 to 40 degrees to prevent materials from sliding down.

Introduction to chevron rubber conveyor belt

  Although the chevron rubber conveyor belts seem like there is not any significant difference, they just have more patterns than ordinary rubber conveyor belts. It is not prone to slip the materials during transportation meanwhile which means improve the efficiency. There are over 91 types of models of chevron conveyor belts in our factory that could be manufactured for now. They have belt width limitation, but usually from 450mm to 2300mm.
