In June 2021, our company shipped a 108-meter thickened conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to a cement plant in Manchester for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The thickened conveyor belt is simply as when manufacturing the rubber conveyor belt made of some thickened materials. Top and bottom thickness could be adjusted according to your needs. The thickened could be customized.

  Commonly thickened rubber conveyor belt include steep inclined conveyor belt, heat resistant conveyor belt, high temperature resistant conveyor belt and other various types of products. Is not the thicker the rubber product will has a better quality, whether it required the thickened process according to the usage condition in an environment.

  The basic standard of our thickened conveyor belt is to improve the transportation volume, level up the using efficiency and service life. Common design is blue, there are many other types of materials at the aspect of materials. There are plenty of aspects of thickness also.

  Common to see from 3-7mm, all thicknesses could be customized. Sometimes will be different due to different materials.
