In November 2021, our company shipped 223 rollers with a conveyor belt width of 1200mm to a cement plant in Nigeria.

  Rollers are important parts of belt conveyors. There are many types and large quantities of rollers, which can support the weight of conveyor belts and materials. They account for 35% of the total cost of a belt conveyor and generate more than 70% of the resistance, so the quality of rollers is particularly important. There are two types of rollers: steel and plastic.

  1. According to the material, they are divided into rubber rollers, ceramic rollers, nylon rollers and insulated rollers.

  2. There are mainly trough roller groups, various parallel roller groups, various self-aligning roller groups, and various buffer roller groups.

(4) Buffer rollers include spring plate rollers, buffer ring rollers, strong buffer rollers, adjustable elastic rollers, hanging rollers, etc.

  Properties and introduction to Idler roller in coal mines.

Coal mine conveyor system is on of an essential parts of the coal production process, Idler roller as the main component of the coal mine conveyor system, its main function is to support and protect conveyor belt, to make sure the conveyor system equipment could operate transport normally.

2. Ceramic idler rollers

Ceramic idler rollers is a new type of idler roller to be compared with conventional steel idler rollers. It has better wear resistance, better anti pollution performance, better water proof, suits for harsh ambient.

3. Rubber idler roller

Rubber idler rollers are made of rubber and steel wheels, to be compared with other idler roller with higher impact resistance and shock absorption capabilities. At the starting point and the end point or some other positions could use buffer idler roller to alleviate the impact and wear of conveyor belt.
